General Responsibilities
- Engage dynamically and directly with customers, maintaining high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of product and company information.
- Ensure a positive customer experience through proper situational analysis and product recommendations.
- Meet and exceed sales goals, directives, and initiatives.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Execute daily shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment.
- Conduct business in a professional and friendly manner.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of point-of-sale and store-related computer processes.
- Additional tasks and responsibilities as directed by management.
- Be prompt, reliable, and honest.

Additional Information
Positions available immediately. Qualified candidates train at our Montrose & Tunkhannock stores. On occasion, the schedule may include shifts in another location.
