NYISO in Rensselaer, NY seeks a Senior Manager, Installed Capacity Market Operations Responsible for the overall management of the Installed Capacity (ICAP) Market to ensure market accuracy and compliance as detailed in the NYISO's Tariffs. Leads staff responsible to operate the $3B Annual Capacity Market auctions, guide the development of the annual Installed Reserve Margin (IRM), Locational Capacity Requirements (LCR) and resource Capacity Accreditation Factor (CAF) determination. Provide subject matter expertise for all aspects of ICAP Market Operations. Furnish market-and service-related information to internal entities, Market Participant committees, regulatory agencies and the public.
Requirements :
Master's Degree in Business Management, Operations Research, Economics, or
related field.
Two (2) years' experience in power systems operations or planning, which includes two years' experience with :
- Windows operating environment : MS Office Suite
- PSS / E
- UPlan
- Python
- Tableau
- Google Earth Pro
Salary Range : $133,307.00 / yr to $169,582.00 / yr
