- Serve as the primary point of contact for financial matters, ensuring accurate and timely reporting in accordance with policies and procedures. ">
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of Payroll, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Income Journal, General Cashiering, Taxes, and internal controls. ">
- Analyze and reconcile all general ledger accounts and bank statements to ensure financial information is available and accurate. ">
- Prepare financial statements and reports to provide accurate and timely information for management and ownership. ">
Responsibilities

- Supervise and train employees in Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cashier, and Night Audit departments. ">
- Interview, recommend hiring, develop, empower, schedule, coach, counsel, recommend discipline and termination as needed. ">
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, LSOPs, GAAP, and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ">
- Analyze tenants, leases, and rent reports to ensure hotel compliance with hotel leases and management contracts. ">
Requirements

- At least 2-4 years of hotel accounting experience. ">
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. ">
- Advanced knowledge of accounting, finance, and hospitality professions. ">
- Experiential knowledge for management of people and complex problems. ">
