Role Summary
">The Controller will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the Accounting Operations in the hotel to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. This includes supervising and training employees, analyzing and reconciling general ledger accounts, and preparing financial statements and reports.
">Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily operations of Payroll, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Income Journal, General Cashiering, Taxes, and internal controls. ">
- Analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements to ensure accuracy and availability of financial information. ">
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management and ownership. ">
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, LSOPs, GAAP, and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ">
Requirements

- At least 2-4 years of hotel accounting experience. ">
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. ">
- Advanced knowledge of accounting, finance, and hospitality professions. ">
- Experiential knowledge for management of people and complex problems. ">
