Our client is a large community bank based in Tennessee.
They are seeking a talented leader in Nashville to spearhead their Business Banking efforts in the area, as this is a new venture for the bank.
- This role will handle C&I Credits up to $3 million in total exposure.
- A quick turnaround on loan decisions is key and less documentation is required.
- The sales leader will be expected to produce $8-10 million per year
- Incentive compensation is uncapped and based on new loan production
