Our client is a regional bank with over thirty-one billion in assets and is seeking a SENIOR MIDDLE MARKET COMMERCIAL LENDER to join their team. This is a newly created position to facilitate and assist in the rapid growth within the Commercial Banking department.
This bank offers a collaborative approach within the teams yet makes every effort to strike a very fair and stable work/life balance.
Our client offers the opportunity to inherit a small book and develop it in the Northern Indy/Carmel Markets and seeks individuals who can take the initiative, are self-starters, and driven by building new and lasting relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES/QUALIFICATIONS
10 years of Commercial and Credit experience with C&I lending, in addition to a strong following on the deposit side.
Close collaboration with clients, colleagues, and management as it relates to Commercial Banking.
Grow and maintain current portfolio and develop new customer relationships.
Strong credit knowledge is a plus for this position.
Community involvement is also a key component to this position.
Salary : $150,000 - $180,000
