We are working with a well established successful private homebuilder in the Bay area. If you are tired of the big public builders or just want to try something new this maybe the right fit for you. Our client is seeking an experienced Land Development Manager. This role reports to the head of operations. This person could come in on a full time employment basis or possible as a consultant.
This person will specialize in horizontal land development
5 to 30 years of land development experience and knowledge in land development required.
Responsible for site purchasing, budgets, civil engineering for the installation of community site improvements including grading, wet utilities, streets, retaining walls, landscaping, and amenities.
Position is the primary field contact for the management of site development trade partner contracts and is responsible for maintaining and achieving site development schedules.
Four-year college degree in construction management or civil engineering is preferred
