Reporting directly to the Ex VP of Construction and Operations, this role involves sourcing and managing relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that all offsite construction activities are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction procurement and management, with the ability to support large-scale and infill land development and construction projects.
