We are partnering with a successful and well-established private homebuilder seeking a talented Land Development Manager . If you are seeking a change from the larger public builders, this opportunity may be perfect for you. This role reports directly to the head of operations, and we are open to candidates looking for either full-time employment or consulting positions.
In this position, you will specialize in horizontal land development, leveraging your 5 to 30 years of experience in the field.
Your key responsibilities will include :
- Managing site purchasing and budgets
- Overseeing civil engineering for community site improvements, including grading, wet utilities, streets, retaining walls, landscaping, and amenities
- Acting as the primary field contact for managing site development trade partner contracts
- Ensuring adherence to and achieving site development schedules
A four-year college degree in construction management or civil engineering is preferred.
