Program Supervisor - Group Home
Worksite Location: The Dalles
Work Schedule: Full-Time; 40 hours per week; Monday - Friday; (Flexibility for Schedule Availability for
occasional weekend work)
Salary Range: $62,504.34 - $70,299.22 per year
Reports to: Treatment Services Program Manager

Who are we looking for?
The Residential Supervisor oversees personnel and services delivery for the care and treatment of youth housed in a group home as part of the Klahre House therapeutic education and day treatment program. The purpose of a Residential supervisor is to provide support and structure for youth involved in Behavioral Rehabilitation Services (BRS) and to assist program staff in delivering treatment services and activities designed to address behavior and treatment for the youth that promotes positive youth involvement and leadership.
What you will do…
- Support staff in residential home by providing guidance, structure, accountability and safety.
This position is posted in the residential home with hours flexing time when youth and staff are on site and when they are not.
- Create schedules for staff and ensure staffing levels are in line with BRS standards. Uphold rules and regulations pertaining to BRS.
- Ensure that the youth are accountable and that the home has structure that involves youth responsibility for household chores, meal preparation, skills training and educational/vocational development.
- Support residential staff with coverage when needed, training in skill building and support the supervision expectations for youth.
- Provide leadership in developing Treatment Services program goals and objectives. Work with the Treatment Services Program Manager and program team to create short and long-range plans for implementation. Develop services and activities based on an analysis of service area needs, staffing levels and related legislative issues to provide appropriate services.
- Develop project plans and work collaboratively with personnel and community partners for implementation of program services and coordination of scheduling.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Education, Experience, and Requirements…
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field
- 2 years of experience working with youth
- 2 years in supervision of staff
- Valid driver’s license with auto liability insurance and reliable transportation
- Successful completion of a comprehensive background check
