The Nicolett is a fine-dining destination in downtown Lubbock. Helmed by Chef Finn Walter, 2022 James Beard Semifinalist for Best Chef: Texas; named one of America's Best New Restaurants by Bon Appetit Magazine 2022.
The Nicolett is looking to add a passionate and talented bartender to our front-of-house team.

Bartender responsibilities include crafting and serving our menu of signature cocktails, as well as executing our nationally recognized non-alcoholic beverage program, and providing professional wine service to guests.
The bartender is responsible for daily prep, setup, and breakdown of the bar; maintaining a clean and organized station; adhering to all food safety and sanitation regulations; and providing excellent service.
Must be a self-starter, team player, accountable, and driven to excellence. Previous bar and fine-dining serving experience is highly recommended.
We are a dinner-only restaurant; nights are required. Some weekend flexibility available.
