We’re The Nicolosi Law Firm, P.C., a small, busy real estate law firm located in Manhasset and Westhampton. We’re looking for a paralegal/post-closing coordinator to hit the ground running in our Manhasset office. It’s our privilege to help people and businesses buy, sell, and finance real estate. We work to streamline the process in all aspects of transactional legal matters while providing personalized, detail oriented service to all our clients. We’re looking for a paralegal who can work with us in all aspects of the practice.

More on the Role and Responsibilities:
· Paralegal Duties: Assist attorney with workflows to get all files to the closing table, including file set up, drafting documents, reviewing and organizing incoming information, manage phone calls and emails, coordinate closings, and handle inquiries efficiently.
· Office Assistance: Support the team with general administrative tasks such as filing, document preparation, and maintaining office supplies.
· Post-Closing Follow-Up: Ensure all post-closing procedures are completed accurately and timely, including communication with clients and updating records.
· Paper Management. We’ll be honest, as much as we want to be 100% paperless, we must print documents to collect signatures at closing. We need this role to scan and organize everything post-closing. It’s not fancy, but it is important.
· Client Communication: Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout their interaction with our firm.

This starting base pay will range from $55,000 to $60,000 with paid time off. We don’t currently offer insurance but can discuss a health care allowance.
