Criminal Defense Associate (7 Years Felony Experience Necessary)
The Nieves Law Firm is focused on fostering trusting relationships with its clientele. We are a dedicated and encouraging team that works to depose the stigma associated with criminal defense. Our aim is to give each defendant the opportunity to reconstruct their reputation while planning for the future. We are seeking a full-time Senior Attorney with over 6 years of criminal defense experience. The candidate's experience must be specifically in criminal defense experience in other law practices will not count toward the minimum requirements.
Applicants must possess felony experience in writing motions, attending preliminary hearings, and conducting felony trials. The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate a superior standard of work and exhibit passionate advocacy for each of their clients. We are looking for enthusiastic and successful people.
Compensation and benefits include base salary plus contributions to health / dental / vision plans, 401(k), mileage reimbursement, use of company car, bar dues, malpractice insurance, parking, student loan assistance, and other bonuses and benefits.
- Admission to the California Bar and the capacity to attend court in the Bay Area is a MUST for this position.

Compensation :
135,000 - $185,000 yearly DOE
