Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Co-Manager to help lead our team. As a Co-Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure daily operations run smoothly and create an engaging shopping environment. You will oversee staff, assist in managing inventory, and uphold THE NINES aesthetic and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service and build strong customer relationships.
- Assist customers with styling advice and personalized recommendations.
- Ensure THE NINES maintains a welcoming and fun shopping atmosphere.
- Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
- Assist in receiving, tagging, and restocking inventory as needed.
- Assist in daily opening and closing procedures.
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations.
- Support and mentor the team to achieve sales goals and uphold brand standards.
- Assist in training, scheduling, and performance management of staff.
- Maintain visual merchandising and ensure the store is clean, organized, and inviting.
- Process transactions, handle returns, and manage cash handling procedures.
- Assist in executing in-store events, promotions, and social media initiatives.
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a leadership role.
- Passion for fashion, styling, and trends.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in POS systems and retail software.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays. Store hours are 10am-6pm Monday - Saturday.
