Key Responsibilities:
Executive Communications and PR (40%):
- Draft speeches, presentations, and talking points for company executives-
- Assist in developing and maintaining executive thought leadership profiles-
- Working with external PR agency, develop thought leadership articles for executives-
- Support media relations efforts and help prepare executives for interviews-
Social Media Planning and Writing (30%):
- Working closely with NTT DATA social media team, develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms-
- Create engaging, industry-relevant content for social media channels-
- Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly-
- Analyze social media metrics and prepare regular performance reports-
Brand Management (20%):
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels-
- Collaborate with marketing teams on brand-building initiatives-
- Assist in creating and updating corporate communications materials-
Other Duties (10%):
- Assist other marketing groups with writing assignments, as needed-
- Support crisis communications efforts, as needed-
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Knowledge & Attributes:
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail-
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices-
- Experience in executive communications and brand management-
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and social media management tools-
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously-
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Academic Qualifications & Certification:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field
Required Experience:
- 7-10 years of experience in communications, preferably in the technology or data center industry-
- Experience in executive communications and brand management-
Physical Requirements:
- Operate computer, peripherals, and other office equipment-
Work Conditions & Other Requirements:
- Travel required 10-20% of time-
- Perform work from a remote location with stable internet connection-
- This is a remote position that requires reliable internet connection and electricity-
