Job Title: Delivery Driver (Afternoon Shift)

Location: 560 mineral spring avenue, RI Pawtucket
Hours: Full-Time | 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Position Overview:
We are looking for a responsible and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team for the afternoon shift. This role primarily involves delivering our cold brew kegs, grab-and-go food, baked goods, and other retail items from our commissary to our retail café locations, with occasional stops at wholesale clients. You’ll be driving a refrigerated van and working independently to ensure timely, safe, and accurate deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a company refrigerated delivery van.
- Ensure that the refrigerated van maintains a consistent temperature between 33°F and 41°F at all times. Monitoring and documenting van temperature is critical to ensure product safety and quality.
- Deliver cold brew kegs, grab-and-go food, bakery items, and retail supplies to our retail locations and select wholesale accounts.
- Load and unload products; must be comfortable lifting items 50 lbs.
- Verify delivery contents and ensure accuracy with invoices and delivery logs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
- Report any vehicle issues, temperature fluctuations, or delivery delays to the management team.
- Represent The Nitro Bar with professionalism and a positive attitude when interacting with café staff or clients.
- Assist with basic warehouse or commissary tasks during downtime, as needed.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Must be able to safely lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Prior delivery or driving experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, especially regarding temperature control and product handling.
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Able to work independently and follow established delivery routes and protocols.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Schedule:
- Full-Time
- Monday–Friday (Some weekends may be required)
- 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM
