Job description
The Noble Academy is seeking a skilled, experienced Infant/ Toddler Lead Teacher to join our team. Lead teachers are accountable for implementing curricula, as well as mentoring teaching staff. To make certain you are successful as a lead Infant room teacher, you should demonstrate outstanding social and leadership skills. Top candidates will have a comprehensive comprehension of the collective and political factors that shape early childhood education and will remain up to date with advances in the field. Anyone who desires to work in this position must be able to work 7:00 am to 5:00 pm with a 2-hour break.
Requirements
Successful candidates for this position must have the following:
- At least 2 years of experience in a childcare facility.
- 24 clock hours of training related to the care of children within 1 month after hire or promotion.
- Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check, Child Protective Services Background Check, and a Skin Tuberculosis test.
- 13 hours of online paid training. This training must be completed before you are able to start work.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to mentor a diverse group of children.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A passion for early childhood development
- Very organized and be able to communicate with parents electronically and verbally in an effective manner.
- Reliable transportation is necessary, and you must truly desire to work with children in a childcare setting.
Nice To Haves
Individuals with an associate degree or bachelor's degree in early childhood education is preferred. However, this is not a requirement we will accept someone with documented experience.
