We are seeking a multi-faceted Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who is both creatively driven and detail-oriented, capable of executing daily marketing needs while also contributing fresh, innovative ideas that will further enhance our brand.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented creative who can balance structured marketing execution with artistic design. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-touch environment while handling multiple projects at once and maintaining brand consistency. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both the technical and creative aspects of marketing.

$50,000 - $60,000 yearly

• Support the Director of Marketing and marketing team in executing marketing initiatives for The Noble Agency and its advisors.
• Design and produce marketing materials, including digital and print assets, using Adobe Suite and supporting platforms. 
• Support the Director of Marketing and marketing team in executing marketing initiatives for The Noble Agency and its advisors.
• Utilize Canva for quick-turnaround projects and collaborate with the team on AI-driven design solutions.
• Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies, ensuring cohesive branding and engagement across platforms.
• Coordinate with the Creative Coordinator to maintain brand consistency and execute promotional campaigns.
• Create listing marketing materials, brochures, flyers, and digital content for advisors.
• Work with the marketing team to fulfill day-to-day marketing requests from advisors, ensuring timely delivery and execution on projects. 
• Work with marketing team and advisors on personal branding initiatives, providing creative input. 

• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop required).
• Experience with Canva and a willingness to integrate AI technologies into creative workflows.
• Familiarity with social media strategy and content creation.
• Ability to balance creative design work with structured, production-based tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently on multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with marketing leadership and advisors.
• BONUS: Experience with Figma and website management (Webflow) is a plus.
