Summary of Position :
The Senior Project Manager has the overall responsibility of overseeing all projects. This position works with Superintendents and General Contractor Staff to develop project time frames, distribute resources, and ensure safe, timely, and profitable project completion.
Education / Experience Requirements :
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN COMMERCIAL CONCRETE / COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION
Qualified applicants will possess at a minimum :
- 4-year bachelors degree and a minimum of 2- years in a similar role.

Performs a wide variety of supervisory and management tasks to achieve profitable, timely, safe, and quality-oriented Noel Company projects.Monitors, forecasts, and ensures profitable operations on assigned projects utilizing job cost reports, weekly labor analysis, manhour / cubic yard estimates, and estimated budgets.Works in conjunction with the Superintendent and SPM / COO in balancing labor, material, subcontracts, equipment, and other costs related to the budget.Analyze job cost and Weekly Labor Analysis reports with Superintendents and applicable departments to evaluate project progress, profitability, and schedule compliance.Participates in Estimator-to-Project Manager handoff meetings that present description of the project, scope of work, budgets, schedules, suppliers, service providers, and subcontractors.Responsible for scheduling and conducting project handoff and closeout meetings with project team members to present the description of the project, scope of work, budgets, schedules, suppliers, service providers, and subcontractors to assist Superintendent(s) with their project start-up requirements.Ability to interpret data information, extract meaning, and be able to develop project action plans with the Superintendent(s).Manages and resolves escalated situations regarding construction activities, procedures, customers, design teams, owners, vendors, subcontractors, and service providers by providing prompt and decisive action plans.Lead investigations and collaborate in the preparation of information and evidence for organization use in hearings, lawsuits, and insurance investigations related to specific general liability claims.Collaborates with the Safety Officer in ensuring all safety-related activities and requirements are met for each project.Provide support to the Superintendent(s) in communicating with the General Contractor, Subcontractors, Vendors, and Suppliers through site visits and project progress meetings as necessary.Responsible for identifying and collaborating on cost-effective methods, trends, innovations, and technology to remain proactive in current practices / procedures ensuring profitable performances.Build and maintain strong relationships with Subcontractors, Vendors, and Suppliers to fit the needs of productivity, safety, quality, and profitability.Develop, maintain, and cultivate relationships with current, past, and potential customers that work in parallel with the companys plan and objectives.Develop / maintain existing and new relationships with industry-relevant associations that enhance both personal and professional objectives.Serves as primary contact with General Contractor office management team(s).Serves as primary contact with Sub-subcontractor office management team(s).
