Cheesecake artist and Cashier

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and energetic person(''cheesecake artist'') to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love sweets and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a ''cheesecake artist'', you will be responsible for crafting high-quality cheesecake on a stick, maintaining a clean and inviting environment, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of cheesecake on a stick options and serving parfaits
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the brick and mortar or the food truck, including equipment and workstations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions accurately, and provide change as needed.
• Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
• Manage inventory levels of toppings, parfaits, and other supplies to ensure availability.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or café environments is preferred but not required.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• A friendly demeanor with strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $16.75 per hour
