McEachern Memorial UMC Music Ministries is seeking a skilled and dedicated part-time organist. Our sanctuary is equipped with a Rodgers Infinity Series 489 Organ and a Mason & Hamlin BB Grand Piano. This position requires collaboration with our part-time pianist, with responsibilities including weekly Wednesday evening rehearsals, a Sunday morning service, and additional special services throughout the year.
We have a vibrant music program with several ensembles, including a women’s ensemble, a mixed ensemble, and two handbell groups. Our 40 member Sanctuary Choir loves to sing and is eager to welcome a new team member.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organ solo work, sight-reading, and accompanying. Team-oriented and creative individuals with a passion for church music are encouraged to apply.
