Job Overview:

The busser plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests. Working closely with servers and kitchen staff, the busser helps facilitate smooth operations by clearing tables, resetting them, and assisting with various tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Clear tables promptly and efficiently after guests have finished dining.
• Wipe down tables and chairs to maintain cleanliness.
• Reset tables with appropriate tableware, glassware, and utensils according to restaurant standards.
• Ensure table settings are neat and presentable before seating new guests.
• Support servers by refilling water glasses and breadbaskets as needed.
• Monitor guest needs and promptly address any requests or concerns to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the dining area, including floors, chairs, and any other surfaces.
• Collaborate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and other team members to ensure efficient operations.
• Communicate any issues or feedback from guests to the appropriate personnel.
• Support a positive work environment by demonstrating professionalism and a willingness to help others.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods and lift moderate weights.

Pay: $15.69 - $25.00 per hour
