As an integral member of the TNLH team, the Behavioral Health Professional will provide facilitative services to consumer and
families in the home and community settings. The primary focus of the BHP is to work in an intensive in-home/community-based treatment service for consumer/youth and their families, when appropriate, in need of comprehensive, clinical, home, and community based mental health services. BHP with the clinical worker will provide treatment with the member and family, when appropriate and insure that the consumer can maximize his/her development in his/her home and community.

Job Types: Part-time
Salary: $22.65-27.19 per hour billable (based on experience).
Schedule is flexible and is made with employee, supervisor, and consumers family based around consumer need and employee availability.
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
Educational Requirements to delivery HCT services as a BHP has to meet ONE of the following:
- A minimum of sixty (60) higher education credits in a related field of social services, human services, or health or education
- A minimum of ninety (90) higher education credits in an unrelated field
- A high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of three (3) years of direct experience working with children in a behavioral health children's services
Experience:
- Relevant in field experience preferred.
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required), BHP certification (Employer Provider during orientation)
Work Location: Remote position/Orientation in PI office. Reliable personal transportation is needed for BHP position.
