What are the responsibilities and job description for the Salaried Real Estate Sales Partner position at The Novak Team at Real Brokerage?
We are seeking a hard-working, committed individual to work directly with our Team Leaders and Top Producers!
This is an incredible opportunity to work shoulder to shoulder with some of the top agents in Snohomish County; it involves working directly with our top agents who consistently sell $30-$40 million annually.
This position is meant for someone who may be brand new and is looking for a long-term career in real estate, is willing to be humble enough to commit to partnership for 2 years, work hard, and learn the fundamentals of the industry; the pay structure is a win/win.
You'll build and enhance your skills in all areas of real estate and in 2 short years acquire the skillsets to be a Top Producer yourself.
This position offers a base salary AND benefits as well as a semi-structured schedule but will have all the requirements of a salesperson including:
- Learning & practicing outbound lead generation
- Database (CRM) management
- Nurturing lead & client pipelines
- Mastering lead and client conversion
- Setting up & expertly executing home showing tours
- Learning to write & negotiate competitive, winning contracts
- Navigating clients through the transaction with a full time in-office support team
- Learning to handle inspection and appraisal negotiations
