The Lead Experience Guide Supervisor is responsible for assisting in the leadership and mentoring of the Experience Guide team and seamless operations of facility. Acts as management on duty in absence of other management. Includes same responsibilities as Experience Guide job summary leading by example.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Be an inspiration and ambassador of professionalism representing The Now, LLC.
Lead by example in the areas of sales and guest service.
Represent leadership in their absence in handling internal and external guest service complaints and/or concerns.
Maintain excellent attendance.
Assist in training all new Experience Guides
Be accountable for transactional corrections and follow up as requested by Experience Guide Supervisor and/or Manager.
Act in a leadership capacity and assist the Management in all facility needs.
Act as a liaison between the Experience Guides and Leadership team.
Assist Leadership in providing coverage of Experience Guide shifts due to illness, etc.
Attend and assist with all necessary staff training sessions and meetings.
Share suggestions, voice challenges or any specific concerns to Leadership Team.
Collaborate with Leadership Team during regular meetings regarding any improvements.
This position reports the General Manager of the location.
