The NOW Massage is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Supervisor Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing and training the Receptionist/Experience Guide team, ensuring seamless operations, sales excellence, and exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Actively sell services, memberships, and retail products
- Manage monthly staff schedules and time off requests
- Accurately handle massage appointments and guest invoices
- Provide detailed information on massage services, enhancements, retail products, and guest policies
- Communicate product updates and service protocols to the team
- Complete monthly inventory reports
- Process payroll reports
- Assist in social media and marketing content development
- Ensure facility cleanliness and presentation
- Support General Manager with guest concerns
