Essential Functions
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting required.
Experience: Experience in multifamily real estate finance is required. At least 2 years’ experience in Finance, Business development or Accounting. Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to a diverse audience through a carefully crafted pitch.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel, InDesign experience preferred.
Personal Attributes: Strong work ethic and commitment to achieve the team goals. Highly adaptable and motivated to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excels in situations where individual work is necessary for success. Creative in thinking about new ways of doing things.
Job Requirements
Travel: Must be willing and able to travel frequently and on short notice.
Compensation Details: $175,000 to $225,000 annual bonus

Essential Functions
- Strategy, Market Research and Lead Generation:
- Source and qualify new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and cold calling.
- Identify industry trends, market shifts, and competitive landscape to stay ahead of emerging opportunities.
- Conduct research on prospective clients, including real estate investors, lenders, and other stakeholders in the multifamily sector.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, brokers, lenders, and other stakeholders within the multifamily real estate ecosystem.
- Maintain and update a robust lead pipeline, tracking progress and ensuring follow-up actions are completed in a timely manner.
- Sales Support and Presentations:
- Preparation of proposals, presentations, and marketing materials to communicate the company’s value proposition and solutions.
- Support team members in preparing for client meetings, including developing tailored presentations and sales pitches.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the capital markets and the cross functional teams to ensure seamless execution of deals.
- Contribute to the advancement of business development and marketing strategies for the team.
