Our Internship Opportunities offer hands-on experience as a Field Engineer or in Estimating:
Our paid summer internship gives you the opportunity to either work on-site to oversee one of our many construction sites as a field engineer or work in-office as an Estimating intern working through the pre-construction process. The goal of our program is to ensure our interns gain real-world experience in the multi-family housing industry outside of the classroom. You’ll have the opportunity to be involve in multiple facets of construction, from conception to completion of a project while working closely with our Construction leaders.
📍 Project sites will vary across many of our growing markets including, but not limited to:
⭐ Florida, Mid-Atlantic, New York, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, and Texas ⭐

- Education: Must be currently pursuing undergraduate in Construction, Construction Management, Construction Engineering Technology, Civil Engineering or relevant field conferred by June 2027.
- Must be able to commit to 40 hours/week for the duration of the 10-week summer internship: June 2, 2025, through August 8, 2025.
- Sponsorship for work visas is not available for this program.
