you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management within an organization. This role requires a deep understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and organizational development. Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company's mission and vision.

Manage employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.

Experience

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field

10 years of experience in a senior HR role

Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven track record of success in HR leadership

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees and management

Estimated Starting Salary Range :
The estimated starting salary range for this role is $176,000- $204,000 annually less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a semi-monthly basis. The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined in the Company's discretion, which may include experience, qualifications, tenure, skill set, availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role.
