a highly motivated and innovative
Product Manager
to lead the vision, development roadmap, and feature prioritization for our
cutting-edge
Nuclear OS" platform. This critical role will
be responsible for
driving the successful development and market adoption of this transformative technology within the nuclear energy industry. This role will report into the SVP, Technology.
Responsibilities : Define the
product roadmap
ensuring Nuclear OS delivers
high-value automation and AI-driven insights
Manage
stakeholder requirements
from nuclear project managers, regulatory agencies, and supply chain partners.
Lead
agile development processes
working with the engineering team to prioritize core functionalities.
Develop
user adoption strategies
ensuring Nuclear OS integrates
seamlessly into existing nuclear workflows
Act as the
liaison between engineering, business, and regulatory teams
Experience
Education :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Experience :
6 years of experience in product management, ideally in the software or technology industry.
Proven experience in bringing successful products to market.
Strong understanding of the nuclear energy industry and its regulatory landscape is highly preferred.
Skills :
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus.
Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and software development lifecycle.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and challenging environment.

Estimated Starting Salary Range :
The estimated starting salary range for this role is $150,000 - $173,000 annually less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a semi-monthly basis. The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined in the Company's discretion, which may include experience, qualifications, tenure, skill set, availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role.
