About the role :
Senior Manager, Engineering
is the senior engineering leader
responsible for overseeing all engineering activities within TNC. This role requires a deep understanding of engineering principles, project management, and regulatory compliance.
This position
will work closely with senior management to ensure the
efficient execution of
Engineering department
functions on company-wide and project specific levels.
This role reports into the VP, Engineering.

Support the development and implementation of engineering strategies and policies that align with the company's mission and vision.

Lead the execution of engineering deliverables including design, construction and licensing activities related to nuclear projects.

Ensure compliance with engineering standards, codes, and regulations.

Assist the development of technical strategies in partnership with project organizations and company leadership.

Manage engineering resources.

Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technical staff.

Stay current with industry trends, innovation and advancements.
Experience
li data-leveltext="
Bachelor's degree in engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Nuclear,
Electrical).
li data-leveltext="
Professional Engineering license preferred.
li data-leveltext="
10 years experience in the commercial nuclear power industry, construction experience preferred.
li data-leveltext="
Strong knowledge of engineering principles, design, and management.
li data-leveltext="
Experience with regulatory compliance and quality assurance.

Estimated Starting Salary Range :
The estimated starting salary range for this role is $180,000 - $200,000 annually less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a semi-monthly basis. The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined in the Company's discretion, which may include experience, qualifications, tenure, skill set, availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role.
