About the role :
Strategic planning and business development involve crafting and executing partnership strategies that align with a company's goals and market potential, including identifying new business opportunities and evaluating industry trends for nuclear energy projects. Effective partnership relationship management requires cultivating strong connections with key stakeholders, such as technology companies and industrial customers, while addressing their energy needs and ensuring high customer satisfaction. In partnership development, it is crucial to build strategic alliances that enhance business growth and adapt to market trends, leveraging insights from market analysis to align with evolving regulatory requirements and technological advancements. This role reports into the Chief Development Officer.
Responsibilities :
Strategic Planning and Business Development
- Develop and implement the partnership strategy in alignment with the company's overall objectives and market opportunities.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, market segments, and revenue streams for nuclear energy projects.
- Track industry solicitations that align with our business strategy and capabilities.
- Support negotiations with in-house counsel and CFO group to secure agreements for the purchase of nuclear energy, power purchase agreements (PPAs), and other commercial arrangements.
- Develop contractual terms and agreements that meet the needs of both the company and its customers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Estimated Starting Salary Range :
The estimated starting salary range is $242,000 - $274,000 annually less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on asemi-monthly basis. The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined in the Company's discretion, which may include experience, qualifications, tenure, skill set, availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role.
