About the Job:
The Nutrition Group has an open position for a senior center worker. No nights or weekends, 4 days a week, 4 hours a day!
Duties may include:
- Help prepare meals
- Serving meals
- Sanitation and cleaning
- Some janitorial tasks
- Participating in Senior Center activities
Qualifications:
- Food Service Experience preferred
- Ability to read recipes and basic math skills required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must obtain clearances and pass criminal background checks
Physical Requirements May Include:
- Standing for long periods of time
- Sitting, pushing, pulling
- Lifting up to and in excess of 40lbs
- Walking
