Job Description
The Administrative Assistant (fully remote) will support efficient operations of a large Human Services contract. The Administrative Assistant role requires an individual who is highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a deadline driven environment with multiple project deliverables happening concurrently.
- Job Responsibilities :
- Document Preparation and Management : receive, process, and distribute documents ensuring that confidentiality requirements (i.e. HIPAA) are followed including redacting information, as required.
- Meeting Scheduling : coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders including maintaining a master calendar.
- Data Entry : accurately enter data and summary information into various electronic platforms, databases, and / or spreadsheets.
- Reporting : provide support in the production and distribution of scheduled and ad hoc reports. Support includes, but is not limited to, data entry, proofreading, formatting, and submission.
- Complete projects and special assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time, gaining cooperation of others, monitoring progress, problem-solving, and adjusting plans.
- Track progress of contract deliverables completed by Program Manager(s) ensuring that deadlines are met.
