Job Description

Chemical Production Technician

MACH I, Inc. is a small business located in King of Prussia, PA. Our focus is the manufacturing and distribution of chemical ingredients for the defense and aerospace industries.

Responsibilities :

  • Production and packaging of antioxidant powders
  • Production and packaging of Nano scale iron oxide
  • Distribution support including repacking and labeling of chemicals
  • Support of the MACHI chemist in the production of new chemicals
  • Calibration and testing of products on analytical equipment including Karl Fischer, BET Surface Area, DSC and FTIR
  • General facility support

Requirements

Employee Requirements :

  • Associates or BS degree in chemistry or 2 years' experience in an associated field
  • US Citizen with a willingness to work to support the US Defense Base
  • Clean background clearance
  • Familiarity with the safe handling of chemicals
  • Able to use basic computer software and the use of programs once trained
  • It would be beneficial to have some mechanical aptitude
  • Flexibility to work hands on in a small business environment
