REPORTS TO : Inside Sales Manager

PURPOSE AND SUMMARY
Sales Administrators receive and process sale orders online or via phone and email. Their duties include checking the accuracy of orders providing pricing producing tracking information as well as issuing invoices.

Receive and process sales orders
Accurately enter every order in Microsoft Dynamics and provide a confirmation and ship date for each customer.
Answer incoming calls
Answer every call as fast as possible to deliver each customer with exceptional service by providing an answer or directing them to a person that can.
Answer incoming emails
Provide customers with pricing tracking invoices and any technical data that is requested.
Manage Sales Orders through Microsoft dynamics
Provide invoicing and tracking for any customer inquiries.
Assist outside sales
Provide outside sales with contact information on any customer or distributor that could use more attention.
Suggest and help implement improvements to current Customer Service Production Inventory and Shipping Best Practices and SOP s
Procedures are clear concise and constantly improving to ensure they are uptodate and effective.

Suggest and help implement improvements to current Customer Service Production Inventory and Shipping Best Practices and SOP s
Assist with training room set up & scheduling
Maintain training room schedule and keep training room attendance. Make sure the training room sessions have all of the material they need.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS (previous education and work experience)
- High School diploma or GED
- An associate s or bachelor s degree in business administration or similar preferred
- 2 experience in sales administration or in a similar role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Experience with Microsoft programs
- Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Creative with a neverending stream of ideas and improvements for products and customer experiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Process and metric oriented
- Experience or ability to quickly learn
