The SF office of a top global law firm is seeking an Office Services/Reception Assistant.
Prior experience in a corporate environment required (i.e. Law Firm, Financial Services)
5 days in office.
The Office Services and Reception Assistant will be responsible making a positive and lasting impression on clients and visitors when arriving for an office visit. The successful candidate will be approachable, proactive, and engaging.
This position requires in office presence five days a week.
Responsibilities:
* Greet visitors, answer incoming phone calls and emails from internal/external clients and direct them to relevant attorneys/staff
* Help with print jobs and assemble binders as requested
* Book conference rooms and support with set up and break down of meetings and events (i.e. set up Zoom links for meetings, set up food/beverage etc.)
* Communicate clearly, effectively and professionally with lawyers, clients, staff, vendors, and building management; both verbal and written formal
* Identify and respond to customer/client issues/problems in a timely manner, and seek feedback/follow-up as appropriate
* Anticipate customer service needs of clients and employees
* Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
* High School degree or equivalent (GED), Advanced education preferred
* Prior experience in a corporate environment required (i.e. Law Firm, Financial Services)
* Ability to communicate effectively and display excellent customer service skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills; dependable team player; well organized; self-starter; strong attention to detail; must possess good judgment and decision-making skills
* Ability to work over-time as needed
Salary : $20 - $26
