Job Summary :
We are seeking experienced professionals for multiple openings at various levels : Project Manager, and Assistant Project Manager. These roles focus on ground-up construction and the conversion of historic manufacturing mills into luxury residential apartments, with an emphasis on preserving the character of historical buildings while delivering modern, high-quality living spaces.
The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in historical renovation, and in ground-up construction, particularly in wood-frame over-podium construction. Strong expertise in project planning, budget management, scheduling, value engineering, and proficiency with construction management software like Procore and Microsoft Project is essential.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Oversight & Strategic Planning :
- Lead all phases of historical renovation projects, from initiation to completion.
- Develop detailed project action plans, including schedules, resources, and work plans.
- Integrate value engineering principles to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Working with the building departments and design teams.
