JOB DESCRIPTION :
We are a new Gastropub in downtown Mesa and are looking for a fun and energetic individual to work with the Owner / GM on marketing as an unpaid Intern. For the selected candidate, this is a great opportunity to apply your business education and get real world experience for your resume! Job Functions will include :
- Under the direction of the Owner / GM, refining the marketing plan including the marketing vision, goals, strategy, messaging, and tactical initiatives to achieve these goals
- Under the direction of the Owner / GM, developing a marketing kit for press, potential customers, partners, and advertisers
- Under the direction of the Owner / GM, designing and participating in targeted social media campaigns
- Under the direction of the Owner / GM, engaging with customers, soliciting feedback, and making improvement recommendations for the marketing program
- Under the direction of the Owner / GM, leveraging staff and personal networks to increase visibility and promote the restaurant
- Under the direction of the Owner / GM, improving our web presence and image; limited Search Engine Optimization
- Under the direction of the Owner / GM, developing and participating in an off-site marketing event
- Under the direction of the Owner / GM, developing innovative, effective, and inexpensive marketing tactics for implementation
