Nurse Assistants play a vital role in our long-term care community. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Providing personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and transferring
- Observing and reporting changes in residents' condition, making independent decisions when necessary
