- Develop personalized care plans for each resident based on observation and expertise
- Advocate for residents at every stage of care, ensuring we go above and beyond for them every single day
- Handle medication for residents and maintain meticulous records of every aspect of care administered
Requirements
- Experience in all things nursing and how RNs practice medicine
