About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Office Coordinator to join our team at The Oaks at Jamestown. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of our business office functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll.
- Coordinate the setup and maintenance of resident trust accounts.
- Process payments received and accurately allocate them to the correct resident account.
- Prepare and reconcile cash receipts journal to the monthly deposit log.
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collections.
