The Oaks Personal Care Home is a 12 bed Senior Living - Personal Care Home Community located in Marshallville, GA. Our team is seeking a Manager/Administrator to lead our long-term care community, based on the values of quality care and service to our residents first. Our desired candidate would be:
Creative – Capable of directing facility activities program and encouraging staff and resident participation
Community Based – Willing to be involved in our local community by participating in outreach
Leader - Maintains care staff by ensuring recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees properly while being supportive to the team. 'There's nothing I would ask someone to do that I would not do myself".
Flexible – Everyday will be different and that may mean working odd times or performing various jobs on different shifts to ensure our residents quality of care is at the highest level.
Effective Communicator - Keeps staff, residents, and resident family members informed, while provides continuing education to staff.
Organized and Detailed – In the healthcare industry if it is not documented it was not done and each day will be different. Multitasking is often part of this job.
Computer Knowledge - Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word as scheduling, calendars and regulatory reporting would be required.
