Key Responsibilities:
- Admissions Leadership: Spearhead and optimize our resident admissions process, ensuring seamless transitions and exceeding occupancy goals. Your leadership will ensure Cedarvale Commons is the preferred choice for prospective residents and families.
- Strategic Marketing Vision: Develop and execute a bold, forward-thinking marketing strategy to amplify Cedarvale Commons’ visibility in the community. From traditional marketing to digital channels, you’ll drive brand awareness and establish us as a leader in healthcare.
- Community Engagement: Cultivate deep relationships with local physicians, hospitals, senior care advocates, and community organizations to create a robust referral network. You'll be the face of Cedarvale Commons in the community, building trust and credibility at every step.
- Brand Amplification: Take charge of elevating the Cedarvale Commons brand, crafting messaging that highlights our unmatched care, innovative programs, and welcoming environment. Ensure we stand out as the top choice for rehabilitation and healthcare services.
- Leadership & Team Development: Inspire and guide your admissions and marketing team to achieve excellence. Foster a culture of collaboration, growth, and performance while developing team members into future leaders.
- Insightful Data & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the success of marketing campaigns and admissions metrics. Use data to continually refine strategies and drive results that contribute to Cedarvale Commons' ongoing success.
What We're Looking For:
- A strategic leader with a passion for healthcare marketing and a track record of driving admissions success.
- At least 5 years of experience in healthcare marketing or admissions, with a preference for long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation settings.
- Strong understanding of both traditional marketing and digital strategies (social media, SEO, email campaigns, etc.).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build relationships, influence key stakeholders, and represent Cedarvale Commons with professionalism and authenticity.
- A results-driven mindset with a proven ability to hit targets and grow a brand from strength to strength.
- Familiarity with healthcare admissions processes and regulations is highly preferred, but we value creative, adaptable thinkers who are willing to learn.
