DAY TO DAY AS A UNIT MANAGER (RN OR LPN)

As a Full-Time Unit Manager (RN or LPN) at The Oaks Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, you will oversee daily operations to ensure optimal patient care and service delivery. Your responsibilities will include coordinating patient assessments, developing care plans, and implementing quality improvement initiatives. You will lead a team of nursing staff, providing mentorship, training, and guidance to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and best practices. In this role, you will conduct daily rounds to assess resident needs, actively communicate with interdisciplinary teams, and foster a collaborative environment.
