We are a leading provider of senior healthcare services, specializing in post-acute care. We offer services ranging from comprehensive short-term rehabilitation and transitional care to Alzheimer's and dementia care.

YOUR DAY TO DAY AS A UNIT MANAGER (RN OR LPN)

As a Full-Time Unit Manager (RN or LPN) at The Oaks Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, you can expect a dynamic and rewarding daily routine from 7 AM to 7 PM. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the care and well-being of residents while managing nursing staff and ensuring compliance with care standards. You will conduct regular assessments, coordinate individualized care plans, and facilitate communication between residents, families, and the healthcare team. Each day will involve attending multidisciplinary meetings, mentoring team members, and addressing any concerns that arise, all while fostering a collaborative atmosphere. You'll also be responsible for maintaining a safe environment, ensuring that all protocols are followed.
