Key Responsibilities:
As a Tool and Die Maker, you’ll play a key role in the fabrication and maintenance of intricate dies that are essential to our production processes, using advanced tools and shop machinery to deliver precision and quality. Additionally, you’ll oversee the maintenance and repair of existing dies and implement preventative maintenance measures to keep production running smoothly. Finally, you’ll conduct inspections and tests to ensure quality control, diagnosing and resolving any complex issues related to die functionality.
You’ll work onsite in our Taylor, MI plant, where you’ll need to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Expect to be on your feet throughout the shift, and while it can get warm in the summer, the challenge will be rewarding. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 2pm to 10pm, with overtime available.
