You will contact pre-qualified leads, show properties, facilitate the negotiation process, and make that final sale for the buyer’s dream home. $103,000 at plan earnings

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction
  • Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers
  • Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options
  • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market
  • Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home
  • Respond promptly and professionally to high-quality inbound buyer and seller leads provided by Zillow Flex.
  • Conduct thorough buyer consultations to understand client needs, preferences, and timelines.
  • Coordinate and conduct property showings, maintaining strong communication and providing insightful market information to clients.
  • Write competitive and accurate offers, ensuring clients are informed and confident throughout negotiations.
  • Utilize our CRM systems to diligently track leads, client interactions, and follow-ups.
  • Attend and actively participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and coaching opportunities provided by the Obsidian Group.
  • Commit to continuous prospecting, follow-up, and lead nurturing to maintain a robust pipeline of future business.
  • Guide clients effectively from initial inquiry through closing, delivering exceptional service and ensuring positive client experiences that lead to referrals and repeat business.
Qualifications:
  • An established track record of successful real estate sales
  • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred
  • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
  • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
