Responsibilities :
- Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale
- Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options
- Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers
- Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market
- Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home
- Respond promptly and professionally to high-quality inbound buyer and seller leads provided by Zillow Flex.
- Conduct thorough buyer consultations to understand client needs, preferences, and timelines.
- Coordinate and conduct property showings, maintaining strong communication and providing insightful market information to clients.
- Write competitive and accurate offers, ensuring clients are informed and confident throughout negotiations.
- Utilize our CRM systems to diligently track leads, client interactions, and follow-ups.
- Attend and actively participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and coaching opportunities provided by the Obsidian Group.
- Commit to continuous prospecting, follow-up, and lead nurturing to maintain a robust pipeline of future business.
- Guide clients effectively from initial inquiry through closing, delivering exceptional service and ensuring positive client experiences that lead to referrals and repeat business.
