Responsibilities :
- Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
- Prospect for new leads to promote new business
- Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
- Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
- Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
- Diligent Lead Follow-Up : Maximize sales opportunities by diligently following up with leads
- Nurture Client Relationships : Understand clients' needs to generate more sales opportunities
- Expert Buyer Seller Consultations : Match clients with their dream homes through insightful consultations
- Showcase Listings : Host open houses to attract prospective buyers and showcase our listings
