Compensation:
$110,000 at plan earnings
Responsibilities:- Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
- Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
- Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
- Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
- Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
- Diligent Lead Follow-Up: Maximize sales opportunities by diligently following up with leads
- Nurture Client Relationships: Understand clients' needs to generate more sales opportunities
- Expert Buyer Seller Consultations: Match clients with their dream homes through insightful consultations
- Showcase Listings: Host open houses to attract prospective buyers and showcase our listings
- Seamless Transaction Management: Oversee property transactions for a smooth and quick experience for all parties
- Expand the Business: Leverage your expertise to attract new clients and grow our business
- Local Market Expert: Possess local knowledge of the community and market conditions, ready to answer any client queries
